Willem is a mask unlockable in Hotline Miami. The mask is of a monkey, and when wearing this mask, pressing space next to the enemy will make Jacket kill the enemy by pulling out their throat, automatically taking their weapon after doing so.
Obtaining
This mask may be obtained by getting a high score in chapter 10.
Trivia
This mask is named after Jan Willem Nijman, a friend of the developers of Hotline Miami and creator of Vlambeer (Super Crate Box, Serious Sam: The Random Encounter).
The description "Rip and Steal" could be a reference to a famous line from an old Doom Comic , "Rip and Tear".
